5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Details on accepted payment methods, processing times and any applicable fees are shown in your account dashboard. Withdrawals are returned to the original source of funds wherever possible and may be subject to verification procedures, including proof of identity, before processing.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation or arbitrage arising from price errors. We reserve the right to reverse transactions and withhold funds connected to prohibited activity, and to report it to the relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, charts and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to These Terms
